The section on parents is designed to make planning for the future easier. We want this area to allow you the opportunity to begin the planning process on your own or in conjunction with your family. You can start estate planning, planning funeral arrangements, looking at housing options, examining medications, learn personal safety and coping strategies, and decide whether you should be behind the wheel of a car. A good place to start is the I.C.E. (In Case of Emergencies) list. This is a list of your doctors and basic medical information for use in emergencies. When you're done with that, fill out the Medication List and print out a copy to bring with you the next time you visit the doctor. In the future when you enter medications, the site will warn you if something is contraindicated.
